Change the way you eat...forever.
ALWAYS eat small amounts of healthier foods (raw veggies, lean meats, apples, etc). Keep bad foods away from you. Don't buy or eat chips, cookies, sausage, or whatever else you know is considered bad foods. Indulge in your favorite candy bar--but only once every few weeks. A handful of pretzels will cure a salt craving. Don't drink alcohol or soda. Drink milk and water.
And Exercise--a dreaded word...
BUT...simply walking alot more ever day counts. IE: stairs instead of elevators, parking farther away so you have to walk extra steps. Just take the long way, by foot.
And then make it a habit to ALWAYS and FOREVER do these changes. This is a slow process, but it does work.

The best way to lose weight ALWAYS is by modifying your diet and getting regular exercise. Have your doctor check you out before you begin any program.
I've found that modifying my diet to include salads and more fish helps a lot. And salads don't have to be boring. Mine include lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, artichoke hearts, chopped hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms, grated carrots; almost anything can go into a salad. And remember to use light dressing with as few carbohydrates as possible.
Stop drinking soda, even diet if you can. Diet soda may have zero carbs, but it is VERY high in sodium, which makes you retain fluids. Try drinking water with lemon, or hot tea with lemon.
Start exercising slowly. Walking is good. Start with fifteen minutes a day and work up slowly. Add some weight training.
Discipline is important, but even if you backslide, it's not hard to get back on your program. Don't beat yourself up. It's hard to say "no" to cake!
And if you can have a friend do all of this with you, it's easier to do, and more fun to stick with.

Balance diet (3 times a day) and 1 hour excersise minimum 3 times a week. Not snacking in between, but enjoying a great galaxy on the weekend but only 1 packet not 10!
It's the most difficult thing to keep the weight! I've always tried my best, and yet i still put on weight with age. The younger you are, the easier to loose the weight.
Best diet is put plaster on your lips not to eat the way i do sometimes!!!

i think the best way to loose weight is controlling ur apitite the best way is counted calorie diet. go on a 1000 calorie diet, eat everything uner 1000 calorie.

I am disabled now but when I was younger I ate whatever the rest of the family ate only less. Example 3 or 4 bites of everything on my plate..Three bites of potatoes, three bites of steak three bites of peas etc.Then I exercised more.

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor
