whenever i watch videoes on youtube it plays and half way it stops and goes to like the part that says watch again i know some videos stop and play but just cuts off half way at the bottom of the computer where the start button is,on the task bar it usually says transfering data but now it seems to be stuck i have watched these videos before so i dont think it the video please help

Check for flash player version or you tube settings.

WHEN YOU SEE THE VIDEO IN THE YOUTUBE, RIGHT CLICK IT ON THE VIDEO SCREEN, RIGHT CLICK ON THAT SCREEN, AND CLICK SETTINGS.
WEN U CLICK THE SETTINGS, USE YOUTUBE CONSUME UNLIMITED MEMORY. THIS SHOULD WORK AFTER RESTARTING YOUR BROWSER.
ELSE IF IT DOESNT WORK, THEN REINSTALL ADOBE FLASH PLUGIN, AND RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, THEN IIT WILL WORK DEFINITELY.
