While you may get seen sooner by a private doctor, unfortunately there is little to distinguish between their treatment and that of a doctor in the NHS. I know because I've done both, for the same reasons.
It is worth looking for a good acupuncturist as they can have some good results, and possibly do some research with herbal alternatives as well.
Endometriosis is a difficult disease to treat; I've been suffering with it for years so you have my sincere sympathy. Pregnancy can produce remission, so if you are ready to start a family, that can give you respite for years. I read that you have had a miscarriage, which may or may not have been down to the endo, so I suspect you are thinking of starting a family.
My very best wishes for your health and happiness. Good luck.
