become addicted to healthy foods and when you se unhealthy foods hink that will make me gain weight (if i eat to much)

I know it's a bad feeling when you can't controll your urges!! Can you try drinking more water add some lemon in it sip all day long. Also broth soup is awesome b/c its hott and leaves you feeling comforted. I am feeling down for induldging all weekend so I have got to get with it too. If your urge is strong get a magazine and look at a picture of a celebrity you admire. Drink hot coffee too! good luck I will be doing it too.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

What is your food addiction? Sometimes it is the result of eating a diet that is nutrient poor. If you make your diet more nutrient dense (things like nutritional yeast, and carrot juice) you might experience a decrease in your food addiction.

don't deprive yourself of the foods you love but don't over indulge. Just eat a sliver of pie or a spoonful of mashed potatoes. Just taste everything don't fill up on it.
fill up on healthy food, fiber rich foods and water. Your best bet if you are serious about losing weight is weight watchers. They will teach you how to lose the weight without giving up the foods you love. good luck.

We're all addicted to food- it's just the quality and quantity we can control- that's why being in good shape is so admired! Because everyone knows we have to eat, so when you see someone in shape, you think "wow, that person has control!" and vice versa when you see someone fat.
Take 30 seconds between bites.

you can still lose weight and eat the foods you love u just have to eat less portion it out and do without soda thats how i lost weight

you will have to overcome your addiction, no needless to say you can't just stop eating all together but try and eat only healthy foods instead, and get some diet pills that will help curb you appetite

drink plenty of water and eat lots of grapes.they contain 0% fat.pick a sport you enjoy and stick to it.exercise is a great way to loose weight

eat as much as you want, but have a morning evening walk and jogging regurlary, join yoga and exersice classes, be active and play sports like soccer, basketball, racing
