Yes. I can say I have absolutely 100 % faith. I have known since I was a small child, even tho I didnt grow up in a Christian family. I am a full gospel Christian, meaning I believe in all of the Bible as the inspired word of God, and I believe we must love God enough to obey Him, to be saved. Obeying Him doesnt save us. We are only saved by the blood of Jesus Christ. amen. But, to hold on to the free gift of God, we must love God enough to obey Him, as God tells us disobedience leads to curse, and obedience leads to blessing. If we disobey God, we are for that time, seperated from God, and we are no longer hearing only HIS voice, and that leads to destruction. By remaining Obedient To Jesus, we will be blessed with more truth, protection, and all of Gods many rich and glorious blessings. We see so much awful around us and often in our own lifes, but it never makes me doubt God, or that He is here for us. Makes me love Him more. God gives us all free choice. This is not just you and me, but its for those that dont follow Him either. I choose to love God and to obey Him. I see the protection He gives me because of it. As I can sit and watch others that wont hear God or obey Him, I see all the destruction it can bring, even to those of us that are Gods ppl. But, God gets us thru it , and makes us of even stronger faith for it, because we see how HE is protecting us. God tells us in Psalm 91 if we abide in Him, we are under the shadow of His wings. ABIDE???? dwell... trust in. lean on... all of it. And when we do, He protects us. We can so easy look around us at all that happens due to those that reject God, and just simply praise God for taking us out of that dark empty place and bringing us into the light of Jesus Christ. Can one be of 100 % faith. Yep. I am. and I know many others. God tells us not to doubt. Evil gets in thru doubt, fear.... and the other feelings that arent of God at all.
But, you asked if someone can be 100 % athiest, and some will say yes. BUt, I say NO. There is some that will deny it 100 %, even to self. BUT, God tells us He gives each one of us a certain measure of faith, that the size of a mustard seed. little bitty, but still there. It is up to us whether we want to let that faith grow, or to try and snuff it out. But, because it is there, I KNOW that everyone down deep KNOWS there is a God, they just dont want it to be, cuz they dont want it to mess up how they think and live in their own sins. Cuz, if you talk to ppl in the military , they will tell you of the foxhold experience. As men are in the foxhole, facing death and the enemy is coming nearer and nearer, and they are facing their own deaths, they will cry out to GOD. Whys that? BEcause down deep, they KNOW. But, its easy to run from it, or put it off.. thanks to the devil that does all he can to keep us from just commiting our lives to Jesus.
But, its all choice. Praise God for that beautiful , wonderful, most awesome gift of CHOICE, and free will. He doesnt want a bunch of little mindless robots running around being forced to love Him. that wouldnt be love, would it.??
I pray for you strong faith, in the midst of even the darkest storm. and, remember we dont have to wait for our own foxhole experience to cry out to God. Cry out Today.. you will be very blessed. For that I pray.....

We may very sincerely believe that we have "100% faith" or "no faith." But we never quite know for sure about this until some very significant thing (like a terrible disappointment, or an outright tragedy) comes along in our lives that really put us to the test.

100% certain there is no god.

I will remain an Atheist all my life. You ask a question and underneath it state you will not agree with answers. Why ask a question if you will never agree with any answer? You know nothing about my life. Typical believer.

Haha, a paradox. For a man to have 100% faith, he'd have to admit, with all his heart, that he only had 99% faith. That would be the definition of blindness wouldn't it?

Good question! I have faith, but I do think there is an ebb and flow to the way I interact with God.

None, we rise and fall gradually, relatively.
You are right, man is dependent on change.
