i would like to know how much water you should drink in onces everyday.

64 Ounces....8 - 8oz. glasses a day.

According to Alternative, Hollistic and Natural Medicine, you should drink half your body weight in ounces for a person that is average active. (140 pounds = 70 oz. of water).

You'll figure out how much water your body needs. Keep track of how much you drink and whether you still get thirsty. If you are still getting thirsty, you may need to drink more. Keep in mind more activity or excersize means more water.

Room temperature water is most easily absorbed by the body. If you don't mind drinking it at that temp, you should. (You'll also notice that cold water will make you need to urinate more: hence not absorbing as well.)

it depends on how much you weigh and your phsically activity level and how much you excrete. a 300 lb football player will need more water than a 110 pound secretary. this quiz/calculator might help.
