i am gonna try to start going to the gym 2 times a week, its all the time i have. but i will do a full body workout each time, so if i keep this up and work hard but not kill myself each time i walk through the door, will i see at least minor results? i am not trying to put alot of muscle on, i just know i want to feel better physically. i am in my 30's and male, thanks! also i may work with dumbells and like push ups and crunches some in between workouts when i am at home. i will be doing cardio with my exercise so keep that in mind

There is no reason that you wouldn't see results to start off with. A full body work out is good to start with, it will begin to condition your body to working out but as you go along your body will adapt and you will have to increase either the weight or the amount of sets and doing a full body work out will become more taxing so keep that in mind. Good luck.
