Strictly speaking, it is the first few books of the Bible, the Books of Moses. But as you have guessed, when Jews refer to the Torah they frequently refer to more than that. This link should help: http://www.jewfaq.org/torah.htm

It's the Jewish equivalent of the Christian Pentateuch-the first five books of the bible.

According to Islam,"Torah" is the 2nd Divine book, first being Zabur, Bible is the third and Koran is the fourth and last.This book was revealed on David.
