I have a black lab/australian white hunting dog mix who mated with a yellow lab. She is now about 20-30 days pregnant and is already getting wider. About 15-25 days of the pregnancy we found a lot of blood in the dog room and believe she may have lost some of the babies. She is bigger than a beagle but smaller than a lab. She has ten tets and about 6 of the ten have grown dramatically within the past two days. If I could give you any other information that would help please email me at b0b_i5_my_name@yahoo.com Thank you

She isn't that small to not have lab pups and she is part lab so she sould be fine. My mother, sibilings, and parents breeded dogs there whole life, so we know what we are doing i just wanted to see who could guess the closest. She is about 2 1/2 years old. I'm not exactly sure what the mother is, I was told it is an australian white hunting dog but there is no such thing.

I have 3 labrador 2 in which we mated to get the 3rd, I have the book , called ''The book of the *****'' and it states a labrador usually has quite a large litter of about average being 7, Our labrador Milly had 8 of ten which were alot bigger then the other 2 tets and she ended up having 11 puppies and she got very big, your best bet is to have her scanned at the vets, that's what we did and the scan picks up the heartbeats of the puppies so it will be able to tell you roughly how many she will have. hope this helped, if you would like any more help please respond to my answer.

once lower back you've requested a question designed to make human beings imagine. As with maximum of your responses, i really trust that the "CUTENESS", way of determining on pets surprisingly dogs has been round continuously. it type of feels to are turning out to be worse with the want for on the spot gratification. maximum human beings see a dogs, like what they see, purchase the dogs. They not in any respect see what it takes as far as practise, exercising, and grooming to get what they see. AND in the adventure that they DID many might want to nonetheless get that animal, via the undeniable fact that is he quick food international of dogs. you pays human beings to coach, walk, babysit, and groom them and in the adventure that your no longer pleased with the outcomes you may promote off it at a rescue or look after and start up throughout. the unhappy reality is attractive domestic dogs strengthen up and some hours of learn would have helped those human beings locate the right attractive puppy for his or her way of existence, or perhaps prevented them from making that purchase/adoption contained in the first position. really would not count number if its a glance after puppy, or organic breed champion, if human beings might want to decelerate and picture issues with the help of, learn breeds and take a demanding seem at their lives, they could come across a dogs that truly suits into their lives.

There is no way for me to tell you for sure. You should be taking her in for a vet check-up right about now. In a week or so, the vet should be able to do an ultrasound that can give you the answer you're looking for.

I also recommend that you have her spayed after this litter before she goes into her next heat cycle.

HI
She could have 7 -10 puppies and will get bigger, I'd take her to the vet she may need them aborted if she is too small to breed to a lab.

Retrievers are notorious for large litters! The last time I had a breeding lab, she had a litter of 14 (two died). Your vet may be able to estimate for you!

Good luck to you, "Momma" and the babies!
