I want to work out everyday (at home) but I keep finding reasons not to. How do I make myself committ to working out? I always tell myself I'll do it tomorrow. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stick with a workout routine?

you have to tell your self that regardless of what is going on it is just something that you have to do. I think that if you start off with a 1 week comittment and then look back and say wow I did it 6/7 days or whatever and try the same thing the next week. maybe by the 3rd of 4th week it will be such a habit that your body will start to miss it if you skip exercising. also if you have a buddy or family member that holds you accountable and checks to see if you did it, maybe that would help. you must also plan things out and write down your goals.

Get a friend to do it with you or go to the gym.
