i=ben
love=seni
you=seviyorum :)))))
just kidding, in a formal way, i love you means "seni seviyorum" in turkish...
but, if he says "ben seni sevmiyorum"; you screwed up!...

"I love you" is "Seni seviyorum"
"Ben de seni" means "me too". So, if he/she says "I love you" to you, then you can say "Ben de seni" back to him/her, or you can say "Ben de seni seviyorum" which means "I love you too."
If you want to say "I love you very much" you can say "Seni cok seviyorum". "Cok" is pronounced something like "choke".
