I like this guy(i think he likes me)but i want him to ask me out!!! How to i let him know the i like him without blurting it out???

Smile when you see him. Make an excuse to be around him. Suggest that you want to go see a movie, try a new restaurant etc.

This may seem a little obvious, but you could just ask him.
It's scary but talk a big breath and ask him for a drink or a movie with you. It all amounts to the same thing. He will get the message and say yes or no.
I reacon you should just go for it. At least you will not be left waiting hoping that cab read your mind.

A tough one. Why must he ask you out? I say you should ask him before he thinks you're not interested. But if you still insist on this, I'd recommend saying things like, "We always laugh at the same stuff, we'd be a great couple." Or something like that.
I'm at a loss for more skilled seduction. Ask him out already - don't postpone your happiness!
