I love him to be with me everywhere I go...the only place he is NOT allowed with me in is the bathroom....
well unless it is during shower then he would be allowed but nothing else .

Neither. How about a balance of a man that cares about and loves me and gives companionship, but also loves me enough to give me some space to breathe.
Neither of the 2 guys you describe sound appealing. One has either control issues and has to know every move I make or he has abandonment issues and thinks if he's with me every waking moment, I won't have a chance to meet someone else and leave him, and the other one has commitment issues and doesn't care if I'm around or not, because he can always find someone to replace me.

wow, okay the 1st part sounds like straight up stalker and the second part sounds like someone is definitely jealous of the cool guy..
if i'm just hanging out then the cool guy doesn't have to give 2 shyts about me as long as were cool and just hanging... but the guy that's never gonna leave me alone and loves me so much sounds like stalker material.. we like space and we don't like to be smothered..

I'd like a moderate guy. One that loves me and spend an appropriate amount of time with and at the same is not a love puppy!

obviously a guy who 'doesn't care about me' isn't going to win me over. HOWEVER, a guy who is with me 24/7, and gives me no breathing room is obviously going to be a MAJOR turn off!

I wouldn't like either one. One suffocates you and the other one I shouldn't be with in the first place if he doesn't care.
