I am looking for a video editing software that allows me to:
*Delete parts of the video am editing
*Add images to the video
*Add a soundtrack

Well, I'm not sure of free ones...
But, you can find the trial version of a software called Ulead Video Studio...
It will allow you to do all the things you mentioned and much more!
I will tell you this, It's a great software...
