My ex and I broke up 4 months ago..we both have had a hard
time of it. Recently we had a conversation that went really well.
I now see the mistkaes that I made, and I am guessing he sees
his as well. He tells me how hard this has been on him etc..
I don't know what to do, how to go about talking to him and
seeing if we both want to give this another try.

That's hard. I think you both need time to heal. You don't want to rush into it for a rebound. It might mess things up in the long run. Give it time. Since you've made progress when it's been four months, I'll say go slow. Talk to him, meet, discuss things. Good luck.

they are called exes for a reason.. if it had anything to do w/physical abuse, verbal abuse, or cheating then u need to move on and keep the past in the past and make a new future for urself w/someone else..
if u try to keep holding on and keep thinking about what u could've been if then ur never going to truly be happy...

You need to ask yourself can you change the thing's that caused you to break up.If you can then you need to talk to him and see if he want's to give it a second try.You need to be honest and just talk to him.

It will click into place eventually, but talk to him, subtly evealing your emotions. If he doesn't want you back he'll show it, if he does... well.. just enjoy the life hormones lead!
