I need some adivce, latley Ive been feeling so much anger and unhappieness sometimes its even hard for me to smile, Im not feeling depression just alot of stress, anger, and agression. Im normaly not this way but in the last month I feel like I want to explode. What can I do to feel like me again because I dont like feeling the way I do.

You need to find a way to get all those feelings out. I found that if I just write whatever I'm feeling it really helps. It doesnt matter what you say, dont worry about spelling or even if its legible, just write. Keep going until you said all you have to say. Put it away, throw it out, burn it, whatever. This has helped me so much thru many tough times. No one needs to see it so feel free to say whatever you need to. Good luck

I've been there when I turned 40 last year,I was unhappy,depressed,don't know what to do with my life and so on.There will come a point in your life that you will feel this way,but the good news it will pass.It took me a couple of month to return to myself,I went out,took care of myself,read books...Find out what you want to do,nothing serious though,you might just need to unwind from your daily routine.Goodluck!

Sometimes your monthly cycle can cause this. It can happen out the blue.

Have you tired light exercise or going for a run, you could even consider taking up a sport like kick boxing to take away all the pent up anger.

You could go and see a herbalist or even your doctor to get something prescribed.

Firstly knowing your age would help, assuming you are teens then some of the "blame" will go to your hormonal activity during this stage of growth. Which is more chemistry than biology. Coupled with that there are alot of questions regarding self and ego tyoe of stuff. So best way is to talk it out. With someone whom you can trust. Yr friend or counsellor or mother or aunt. Talk to God too, He definitely can.

You need to undergo a people personal proble clinic. Please make sure that you make yourself happy becuase this life is full of ups and downs and the only happiness we get is the one we give ourself. Make sure you heal yourself at that clinic i said above so that you can get the desired resulf in all your undertakings. Put every past unhappiness behind you and live your nornal life. try to see where the root comes from. is it with a situation or something or somebody. Or maybe just hormonal changes in your body. anyway, you can express this energy positively. try doing something creative or some physical work. it will absorb your energy and expand your horizons.

you need a way to release your anger, but in a good way. maybe exercise a bit, or talk out your anger with a loved one or advisor.

In India we do Yoga.
Fold your legs, sit upright, hands streight, close your eyes, concentrate on your GOD and chant in soft humming tone 'OOOOOUuuuuMmmmm'. Do this for 1/2 hr or so every morning when you wakeup.

Take a day for yourself,do something you like to do.You really may be in a rut,you need to perk up and be good to your self

Find a vent. Mine is going to the gym. Try something physical.
