what should i do?

I'm 21 and the guy i like is 31. Him and i get along great. He is a manager in a different departmant in the store that i work at so hes not my manager.
Well since i talk to him alot someone had 2 get in the middle of my business and i know who it was but anyways she had to stick her nose where it shouldnt and asked him what was goin on between him and i. (Trust me there is nothing going on between us besides just talking and laughing a lot.)
Well i talk to everyone in his area so its not just him and he explained this to her. Anyways he found out that im fallin for him and he dont know that i know that he knows and im startin to become embrassed bout it because i dont want rumors or anything. The fact i work with him is making me uncomfortable. He tells me things that managers shouldnt tell because its personal like he tells me how he wants to break-up wit his gf who lives with him and he tells me that hes getin tired of the stuff that she pulls and that he wants her out. I dont even know if he likes me back. He's known for a while i liked him before i knew he knew and he still talks to me. What should I do???

When you are at work do your job to the best of your ability. Forget all the 'drama' around others and that situation. Unless you want to be unemployed, just work when you get to work. What you do after work is your business.

Hi ... There is absolutely nothing wrong with talking to him after all you and he are friends and can relate well with work issues.
It sounds like both of you need someone to talk too. I don't know if I would go further in the relationship until he has straightened out what is happening with him and his G/F though as it could get messy.
Go slow and see how things turn out. You are both at an age to know what you both want. Work personnel have a tendency of wanting to know what is going on they are nosy and want the scoop. Just let them know that you and he share interest in many of the same things as well as you are friends.
Its nobodies business what the relationship between you and he are. Considering you are in different departments means that there is nothing that can get in your way ... for that you can say
Yahoo.
Obviously he is interested. He would not be hanging around otherwise. Just go really slow. try to keep it that way for the time being ... I think it would be a good thing for him to straighten out what is going on between him and his g/f first though.

Just play it cool. Don't let on that you knows that he knows you like him.

It sounds messy with the girlfriend. Just let that play itlself out.

I would just force myself to think of him as a friend for a few months, and treat him as one, and see where its at at that point.

And don't worry. Its better to think about it as little as possible because you won't get the answers for a while.

I think that you should calm down first. Then talk to him maybe he likes you back. So you never know. Also if you don't say anything it won't change annything.
