Its not difficult. Start at the left side of the room and lay a strip at a time dont forget the 5mm expansion gap lay left to right when complete put a 15mm quadrant bead aroun the edge so as to cover the 5mm gap and that is all there is to it. Remember to buy good quality (ie) from Howdens or Jewsons if you buy cheap crap then it will look cheap and nasty. Good Lucl.

allow a quarter inch gap all around the outside of the floor where it meets the walls , this allows for expansion and prevents lifting , beading is used to hide this gap .

stagger your boards like a brick wall so you don't end with one or more long joins through the middle of the room , this causes weakness and is ugly .

if it says no glue then don't use glue it will not make it better .

and underlay is a great idea especially in an upstairs room .

it's to easy to pay someone to do you'll do fine .

Measure the area carefully and start installing from the middle, being careful to not have li'l sliver pieces at the edges. (move the "center" over before you start so that there's not tiny strips at the walls)

It's not difficult but I'd recommend a cushion for your knees.
I couldn't walk properly for days after doing this.
