Serious answers only please - this is a genuine question. I feel that train companies in the UK have given me bad service. Is there a travel ombudsman I can complain to?

Further to previous answers, don't tell me to go and live on the continent please - it isn't very helpful.

i think the lack of answers ;give you the answer. There is no answer, i tried, from my local station, but recieved no answer, so the answer is, there is no answer.
