Medically, there is really nothing you can do to change your height. The only thing you can do is pliates. Pilates or yoga will make you straighter so you actually become an inch or so taller because your posture will improve so much. Also a diet rich in calcium will provide the material for structural growth, but at 18 there will be little change. Never take any over the counter medication that claims that it will make you grow, because those aren't regulated and are junk. they're just making money on people's weaknesses. Pilates or yoga and a calcium rish diet are your only options and together can add up to two inches, but it will take work and time.
Good luck.

Wish u good luck. U can only hope for the best.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

If I knew of a way to get taller besides breaking my bones and letting them heal a little farther apart repeatedly throughout the years... I don't know what will. I know milk is supposed to help you grow stronger bones... start there. I wish I could get taller too I'm 22 y/o and 5' 4 and 1/2" tall, but I've heard there's an age limit to growing, lol.

there is no natural way to become taller, you have stopped growing at this point. your height is determined by your genetics and you don't really have a say whats in that. There is supposedly a treatment for really short people(like under 5 ft) be happy that you are not 5'8, its harder to find clothing that will fit correctly.

As long as you eat a healthy diet, you'll end up however tall your genetics want you to be. No way to force yourself to get taller...
Don't smoke, and don't drink alcohol. You've got another five years or so of growth still...

Unfortunately we can control our weight most times.....to lose or gain.......but we can't control our height. It's in your genes* Nothing you do or say can help you grow taller. If it is meant to be it will happen. You're 18...so not much more growing to do. Sorry* GoodLucK*

It's genetics darlin'. Diet and exercise aren't going to do you a lick of good. Just be happy with who you are, and buy some three inch heels if that doesn't work.

You could try to change your parents, get new genes...you are just going to have to live with it.
Good Luck.
