If by nano you mean things in the nanometer dimension (nanotechnology) there are no internal combustion engines that small.

the charge rates and range seem to fit
mechanically it works like a typical capacitor
only on a molecular or nano level
thats how it packs so much in such a small package
and would charge really quickly
kind of like the rate that a camera flash will recycle at
