can any1 tell me what does digital means and the future of it

digital means computer related, or programmed.
It means anything which is stored as basically a series of 0's and 1's or ons and offs, and then is translated to something much more complicated. It is usually interactive and reprogrammable, but not always.
A digital world is probably the fictional world in a computer game, or in an interactive online "community" (a bit like yahoo answers, except some of us here are real people)
A lot of people will discuss the future of it, academics, people with business plans, games designers, activists, politicians, but how do they know?
I think we'll soon see more mainstream games, more creative websites, and a sure in digital worlds, but only after another market crash makes a lot of people unemployed and forces them to get creative.
