he still alive and no changes in the behavior.Do i need to have antirabies vaccine.how can i be sure that im ok.im scared for what will happen.thank you.

I doubt that you will get rabies, because you dog's vacination is not that old. If you are concerned, talk to your doctor.

It is unlikely that your dog has rabies. But it should have had his rabies booster shot this March, and your vet clinic should send you a notice as to when to bring him in. Just make sure that the wound is kept clean, and if you see pus, or whenever you got bit, turns red and the red spreads, get to your Doctor. You should be alright, just take care of the wound, and keep it clean.

If your dog is up to date on his rabies vacine you won't have any problems other than maybe an infection if you don't keep the wound clean. Overall no problem, just keep the wound clean and it will heal. I have five dogs and every single one of them has drawn blood from me. Never went to the doctors or hospital for any of them. Have not had any problems with any of the bites.

Incubation period for rabies is about 1-2 weeks. If nothing went wrong with your dog, you should be OK.

don't worry if have happen by now it wont ,keep your dog up to date on his/her vaccinations.
