Squeezing spreads the infection. You'll get more.

If you're going to squeeze, use a pimple tool (see: http://www.bebeautiful.com/site/product.cfm?id=EE2E243E-65BF-333F-F7EC709914D03743). Be sure to wash your hands and the tool before and after use so as to prevent infection. Then place a little Neosporin or similar on it and leave it alone.
