Model 65 (.357 Military & Police Heavy Barrel Stainless)
This is the stainless steel version of the model 13 M&P .357 Magnum. It was introduced in 1974.Depending on condition:

Exc - $350
V.G. - $250
Good-$225
Fair - $175
Poor- $125

The S&W Model 65 does not exist. There is a Model 64 M&P, and there is the Model 66 Combat Magnum, and then there is the Model 67 Combat Masterpiece in stainless steel.

No longer made, the Model 65 is considered by some to be one of the top S&Ws ever. They were made for decades, so they aren't rare.

Value is going to depend greatly on condition.....new and unused with box and papers may reach $600+, but a used good condition revolver is more likely going to land you around $300.

I included a couple of links to back up my assessment and maybe bferg will be along today to give us the actual book values.

Watch this auction which ends in two days, but realize this one is excellent with box, etc.
