Maybe it's living in Manchester that's making your life a misery and nothing to do with your t*ts.

I think that the TRANSFORM clinics let you pay over a period of time. They have a couple of clinics in the Manchester area. You could get the number by looking them up in yellow pages i guess, as they are a well known clinic, with branches all over the country.

If you are on benefits then there is a very good chance that you will not be able to afford cosmetic surgery.
If you are seriously being affected by this, then have a word with your doctor. There have been cases of breast implant surgery being done on the NHS on psychological grounds.

I can totally sympathise with why you would want your boobs done, I'm having mine done and hopefully my belly at the same time. I'm not on benefits, (my poor husband is paying for mine), but if i was i would want them done all the same!
My suggestion to you is to see your GP cos in some cases they are available on the nhs, although only in extreme circumstances!
Failing that, the only option would be to wait a while till you are able to go back to work and either save for them or get a loan, it wont take long to save and if you want them that bad it will be worth the wait!! Good luck

If your on benifits i think you should be spending your money bit more wisely- after all, my hard work is paying for your bloody benifits!
Get your self a job and you might feel a bit 'happier'.
and a cheap boob job will just end up in an infection and deformed breasts. Im sure that will really make your life less miserable.

99.9% of the time you can't get plastic surgery on benefits since it is an elective surgery. You'll have to pay out of pocket. Why would you want to go to the cheapest dr? It should be the best doctor you want!

If the size of your breasts are causing psychological damage, you can be referred to a Psychologist who may arrange for the procedure to be done free of charge.
There are evaluations to make sure you are not trying to 'pull a fast one'.
Make an appointment with your GP or a female doctor at your Practice.
Speak to them about it first.

Well, I dont think you want to get the cheapest implants. Havn't you heard the horror stories that have happened to people about bursting ciclicone and what not.
Remember: You pay for what you get.

Unless you are planning to work as a stripper or be the next Jordan or something like that after getting them, I can't see how implants will make you happy. Cause if you were planning to use them for work, at least the money you'd get might make you happy. I mean, shouldn't you try to sort out your life instead of thinking about getting breast implants?

go through your gp, he will giv you the name of a reputable place and surgeon, don just go 4 cheap, it could turn out a disaster, all i know is it costs around 3-4 grand, if you cant afford that much, wait until you can, try going to a gym in the meantime, its amazing the change in appearance wen you strengthen your pectoral muscles, hope all goes well for you
