Well If you a man It could be prostate cancer. That is not good letting it go for so long. If you have had any eating problems it could be something called drivuticulitis. Which is and infection in your intestins. It starts like just simple stomach problems and as the sore in you intestin grows it will become more inflamed. If you let it go to long they have to take out that part of the intestin. You should really get a doctors app. right away.

Having What? Blood? If that's the mystery answer, I would suggest you go see your doctor immediately. That could mean a number of important issues such as stomach ulcers, intestinal problems, etc. Especially since you said for almost a year now, that's a long time to leave not taken care of! Well, this is the best I can help without knowing the real "mystery" you have in your stool. I've had blood in mine before, that's why I suggested it. Good luck.

Don't be mucking about by not seeing your doctor as problems in the bowels left un-checked can lead very easily to bowel cancer...which if caught & treated early enough can make the difference between life & death....go to see your Doctor for gods sake.....

ummm...blood maybe? if its bright red you have a lower GI bleed, maybe from hemorrhoids or a polyp. if its dark, its upper GI bleed. go to the doctor either way.
