The condition of your hair is poor and that is what's causing it to break.
The most common cause of this is overuse of hairdryers and other hot hair appliances.
You need to give your hair a rest from these for a while...I know that can be difficult but if you don't your hair WILL get worse.
Always use conditioner and once a week use a hot oil treatment on your hair.
When you do go back to using hot appliances, use a heat protecting spray first.
The other thing that can cause problems is if you tie your hair up too frequently, this pulls on the hair and weakens it.
Lastly, anaemia can cause hair breakage, so it might be worth while getting your iron levels checked.
I hope this helps.

Deep condition with Organic Root Stimulator Hair Mayo. Limit (irons) to once a week and substitute them for rollers (use setting lotion on hair ends... ends will look excellent in the morning) and wrap hair ( wrap with silk or satin head wrap) if too tired to set it. Don't rest head on pillow unless its's silk or satin. You will get breakage from doing that! Get a thickening Sh.&Con.. Try Loreal. Trim hair every six wks. Use Garnier Fructis Sleek n' shine Anti frizz serum for gloss. Just a pea size amount.

always condition your hair when you wash it and try using an intensive conditioner once a week to see if that helps. Also try and not straighten and curl/tong your hair to much as this isnt good for the health of your hair.

For daily help you can use Suave Professionals, the one that is specifically for dry and damaged hair. If you are using a lot of heat on your hair daily (i.e. straighteners, curling irons, blow dryers) stop for a while.
Go ahead and try some of these homemade hair masks, you can do them at your leisure, and I have used some of them myself. http://www.healthrecipes.com/hair_styles.htm

Are you using a conditioner? If not, do so. Are you continuously using straighteners, hairdryer, curling tongs? If so, stop. Try it for a few weeks without.
