Knee replacement is quite a big deal especially for an 80 year old woman. Cortisone injections don't last long. I heard of teflon injections, but can't find anything to back up what I heard. Any help from someone who knows?

ask your doctor about synvisc, they may offer some help, doesn't help all. This is the injectable version of glucoasmine pills. On the other hand, it may be troublesome but better get it replaced now than 90! (if your other health problems allow), do let me know if I can offer more ideas, good luck
