Hello I'm looking for any advice on the best ways to immigrate to the u.s. from the philippines, what type of visa to apply for and how. Would like to hear about how others have accomplished this task. Thank you for your time.

I applied for an immigrant visa in 2003, stayed in the waiting list for 3 more years, and finally got to the US in December of 2006. I don't think anyone can efficiently reprise the mentioned requisites found on this link:

Good luck, my son has been waiting 8 years and may have anothe 6 - 7 before he gets one. The list is 100 miles long.

Get married to a Kano or attend a good college and get a 4 year degree in nursing, then pass the CGFNS.
