You really need to see a doctor for a thorough evaluation. I am sorry I cannot offer you better help than this, but I have dealt with chronic back pain for 13 years and I know that there are many possible causes for your pain. Stay strong, and call the doctor.

Maybe Sciatica? Is there anything you can do to get comfortable? Heating pad? Warm bath? Gentle traction? Something is getting pinched. If you can arrange a decrease of the irritation, the Body will try to heal itself.

This could be an internal injury!! Maybe something to do with your digestive system. I had this problem for years but then realized it was from sitting with my legs crossed or one leg propped on the other. I stopped doing that and it went away.

Well i would go to the doctor so they can do x-rays and see if anything is really wrong, you never know, then they can give you something for the pain as well.

There are various pain medications for different conditions and in example my case is neck/spine deteriorated disc and the only medication that relieves it is Celebrex (the " Super Aspirin "as it is nick-named). Please see your doctor about this pain condition of yours and what the cause is.
