It's very natural to feel resentment and to be bitter - I know how you feel. Just know that you are not abnormal and try to wait it out.
If you can, try to talk to more people about it, even if only online.

Okkk your feeling things aren't easy, cant understand yourself.
You are needing tender love and care yet no ones there for you, you think. You must must love yourself. You are special, you must tell yourself that each time you see your reflection, Keep looking. You must give yourself little treats when you feel GOOD.
The reason you are angry is because you are ignoring yourself. There is a little somehting your not taking notice of and you are annoyed by it. Quietly let your mind wander off into its own and after a while the mind will fill with pictures of this and that, no problems here, then plimp the answer pops into your thoughts.
this is not meditation, but as good as and better than allowing anger to disturb your thoughts and interfer with your life.
Hope this helps.

Try to work out what you are angry about. Be good to yourself. When I was living away from extended family, writing letters helped me feel less lonely. That might be a way for you to feel connected without pushing them away with your anger. The letter doesn't have to be sent, and it might bring out what you are angry about. I suggest you ask for counselling when you see your GP. Medication is good, but sometimes you can resolve things with a little help, and be happy without the medication. Try to find time to relax and have fun. Hang in there. Best wishes.

It's hard because everyone is going to tell you to cheer up, try and stay positive. It might be the meds you are on as well that is making you feel this way.

If you cannot accept your lot in life, then change it! It is a lot harder to change the world than chnage yourself. You are lonely beccause you are angry and angry people do not make many friends. You are in a vicious cycle!

Welcome to the world of depression. Its too bad you have no friends you can talk to about this with but there are hot-lines you can call to help you through this until you get in to see your Dr. have you thought of going to therapy... they can help as much as the meds. GOOD LUCK!!!

I second the advice to call your GP back and insist on seeing her immediately, especially if you feel that your medication is making you feel worse.
I wish you the best.
