When I was 13 years old I lost my virginity to a signifigantly older man he was 21. I felt like i had to have sex to have a guy want me. I didn't really understand what sex was at that point. Now i'm 16.

This is so strange reading this,, really reminded me of myself as I was 13 when I lost my virginity and the guy I lost it to was 21 also,
I wish I never did this as I felt he took advantage of me as he left virtually straight after and because he knew I liked him but at the same time it felt like it was something that I couldnt say no to,, I do think 13 is too young I definatly see that now , I've always wished that I actually waited for the right one, but there's no turning back time and the damage was done ,, but in a way I dont regret it either as it helped me to experience what it was like and understand what it was all about~

Firstly, OF COURSE YOU WERE TOO YOUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At the age of 13, you hardly know about the significance of things like that. And for a 21 year old too have sex with you then sumthing was definitely not right. Now that ur older you realize the folly of ur actions, u shud have never thought that way about those things, ur virginity is sumthing that u shud hold on to for as long as u feel the need to and u shudnt feel to lose it at that young a age.

You were young to have that experience. That man took advantage of you. You were lucky you didn't get a disease or become pregnant. I hope that you now know not to have sex just to get a guy to want you. All he would want is sex, and not you.

that guy took advantage of you!!!
first of all you can't change the past, everyone makes stupid choices. all you can do now is learn from it...
don't let guys take advantage of you and be careful coz there's alot of freaks out there!!
im not going to tell you that you were too young because everyones different and im sure your not the only girl who's lost her virginity at that age. :)

Yeah, you're definitely young when you lost your virginity. What were you thinking? You need not have sex with a guy for him to like you or to want you (as how you put it).

Yes sweety you were much to young. I call what happen child molestation. He was an adult preying on a child. This was illegal because you were not and adult. Before having sex you need to have a partner who you truly love and respect and he should have the same feelings toward you/

You can't do anything about it now but at least you won't make that mistake again (thinking you need to have sex to have a guy like you)- and also he must have been about eight years older than you- his mistake too!

Having sex at 13 was illegal and it is still illegal at 16..You should not ever feel like you can't survive without a man in your life.I suggest you grow up before some more before you continue to have sex..

Sure you were too young, but what are you going to do about it now? Pick up yourself, try to forget it ever happened, and try to make yourself the best person you can be. Good luck!
