I do agree with you , considering your age gap , he is certainly do enjoy talking to other girls . But if you know how to make him happy and circling around you , should not worry about loosing him . Hope you are not bossing or too much demanding his attention and practice to allow him his space to breath in peace . Understand this philosophy and enjoy his company for ever without bothering his flirting hobby .

Babe, please drop that jealousness and possessiveness. Its not good for any relationship. Let him talk to to other girls at work but make sure he is not flirting or dating them.

There is nothing to feel disrespect in that. Its just your insecurity. You too can come across talking to men at work for professional reasons. How would you feel if he feels the same.

he's 24 years old what do you expect is going to happen? lots of fish in the sea for him. what you want and what he wants are 2 different things I think. find someone your own age that isn't still in the "player" phase.

if you've let him know you think its disrespectful, an he can't respect how you fill then maybe it's time to reevaluate your relationship with him (it's always hard to work w/ someone your evolved w/ i'm married to my boss.) it doesn't bother me when he talks to other women but our situation are a bit different. either way good luck to you..

You should never date a guy that you feel is disrespecting you. Um. unless you get the vibe that he is flirting with them.. don't overdo it. IF he is. Then kick him to the curb.
