Vegeteables, less sugar, less fat, not much wine, not too much cok eless sweets etc there are alot figure them out^^

If you increase whole foods- fruits and vegetables, then the more concentrated (colorically) foods should decrease. Eating more raw things is good.

Alright this sounds odd, but... drink ICE COLD WATER!!! Your body will burn calories to warm up the water so water is already zero calories so by drinking ice cold water you burn calries without taking any in.
