I have been on a strict diet and exercise regine for nearly 2 years now. The prob is that I have been going on C.R.A.Z.Y binging sprees and been consuming THREE TIMES the amount of food I normally consume per day. I want to come back to my normal eating pattern and lose a few kilos again. I'm actually getting better with my control of food recently and lose a bit of weight, although its still a struggle to keep it up every day of the week, not just three days per week.

Any tips or ideas?

PS: still exercise, if case you're wondering

My tip is tell yourself "the taste is only temporary" Really... it tastes good for like two minutes and then it is gone. Is that worth an extra dress size? Also, the money you spend on all that food could be going to something you want more like new clothes or something. DON'T BECOME BULIMIC!!! I made that mistake and it is still a struggle for me.

what i do when i go on a eating rampage is, bake smth. like muffins or a cake. it makes me sort of overload on the sweet smell. and seeing all the muffins makes me gag because its just too many!! then i stop craving sweets. plus i make a friend or family member happy with a basket of muffins to give away;)
