I dont want to purchase any books about poker either. I just want to get my $120.00 back out of NETeller. Thier customer service is offering no help (the best they can do is tell me they have "thousands" of merchants, just google "NETeller and merchants" and I'll find them. Doesn't work.

Neteller has recently lost much of its EFT, ATM, and check capacities. For example, checks issued by Neteller aren't being honored in the United States. They say that EFT's should be sent in 4-6 weeks, but who knows when it'll be operational.

Your best option, if you have it, is to transfer your money to a friend who has a Neteller account and lives in Canada/UK/elsewhere. They are still able to withdraw to their banks and to gaming sites. Then have the friend send you the money some other way (write a check, transfer $ to an online gaming site that you can still withdraw from, etc.). I think it costs like 2% but it's probably worth it.

I think they still have some ATM capacity, so call customer service and see if you can get an ATM card. There's a fee involved, but again it's probably better than waiting.

I don't think Neteller releases a list of merchants.

There is no answer. I believe NETeller is using this opportunity to rip off all deposits from the USA. Must be in the millions! Just wait for the class-action suit. I'm sure it must be coming.
