Religious stores carry some of them some you can buy on the internet aswell. Thurible-Censor, aspergillum-for sprinkling holy water.
Just do a google search

There are craftmakers who produce these objects in factories, with whom the Church has contracts.

Good luck purchasing them yourself, though -- unless you're a priest or are working with the Church.

The makers of these objects don't sell them to just anybody -- they only sell them to bona fide priests or Church authorities because they don't want them getting "out there" to be misused, abused, or treated in a sacreligious fashion.
