i am looking for a personal loan of $4000 for home improve ment i have past issues on my credit anyone know where i might get a loan some companies charge a fee for a list of lenders anyone know any of these little known lenders they talk about that give loans or of any overseas lenders that might help me

don't do an overseas loan for SURE! there are LOADS of local finance companies that will loan you money, you just need to compare their interest rates......there is also the possibility that you could get a home equity loan through your bank, it's sure worth a shot, and the interest would be less than a loan company.

I just got loans assistance from New Horizon Business Services, Inc..Im not sure of your situation but they have flexible loans programs

Any loan broker that charges an up-front fee is illegal. So are loan companies that do the same. They will only compound your problems as they're all rip-offs.
