I would like to lose weight because I do not like being the tubby one out of my friends.
They all weigh around 40- 50 kgs and I weigh 66kgs and I am the same height as them!!
Please help me
I am willing to work out

That is a very healthy and relatively easy amount of weight to loose weekly. Make sure you monitor your BMI and ensure that you fall strictly into the healthy weight range for your height. Don't compare yourself to others! But I understand what it is like.

I've lost 4 kg's in the past 4 weeks simply due to dietary changes and moderate exercise.

This is what I recommend:
- Drink a minimum of 2 L of water (about 8 standard glasses) daily
- Eat plenty of serves of fruit and veges... Add a variety of colours for the best nutritional effect
- Eat foods rich in anti-oxidants
- Consume some foods/oils rich in omega 3 fatty acids
- Warm up and exercise for about 20-30 minutes a day (purely cardio if you're quite unfit... just get your heart beat up!)

You'll see a difference in a matter of days and you'll feel great!

Be a vegetarian and avoid adding salt totally from the food for one month and you will lose weight as salt is directly responsible for absorbtion of the digested food. If you can do exercise then the following yogic exercises would help you;

1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic

well, there could be several ways for you to lose 1kg a week. its actually quite simple. The first step i would suggest you take is cutting your meal time 3 hours before you sleep. This helps alot as you would lose weight dramaticly. The second step i would suggest you take is, exercising 2 or 3 times a week. As we all know, exercising is good thing!. the third step would be cutting down your food intake or your callorie intake by about 25%.

however, the most important thing is dicipline, without dicipline, you can never lose weight. trust me, follow these steps and you would definately lose more than 1kg a week!!
