I respect my parents very much. They have always been there for me. They also taught me to respect others. I feel fortunate that I have a great relationship with them. And that saying Mother knows best is true. You dont see that when you are young but as you get older with a family of your own, you see realize she was right. You also begin to wonder how they raised you and your siblings. We fought like cats and dogs, then I had kids and they did the same. Back then money was always tight, but I had a great childhood thanks to them. Parents provide for their kids, I see that now as an adult to which I am thankful. So yes I respect my parents and now my children respect me.

Not all parents are perfect. My Mother is a complete freak , a compulsive liar, an absolute war monger amongst the family, totally self obsessed, deluded... totally horrible person... i dont respect her at all. i dont even like her let alone love her. In fact i moved to another country and I'm still not far enough away from her. ew. just thinking about her makes me cringe...
but she dosen't have to know that.. I could never hurt her

I respect my parents very much. I do not provide them any opportunityto complain about my behaviour. We do not disregard them in any manner. I belong to muslim orthodox community and we have an ingrained intelligence to pay proper respect to my parents. Both father annd mother are respectable and it is our belief that if we respect our parent , we shall likewise be respected by our chidren. It is hard truth and there is no doubt in its implematation.

My parents are the direct reason for my existence. And without their patient, Mercy, kindness, wisdom, support (financially and spiritually) I could not be the person I’m today. They are my main sours of knowledge. They are my guiding light. They are the oasis I ran for hiding from all my troubles and resolving them in many times. They are the only person we can ever meet that loves us and never expect pay back for those warm , sincere and honest feeling. For all these I do respect them.

I respect my parents dearly. it is the duty of children to take care of parents in old age. when parents have done so much for their kids it is critical to reciprocate and be there when they need you
