Everything depends on the grade / type of cancer one has and at what stage it has been diagnosed . If masectomy has been done and chemotherapy has been administered then during the period of chemotherapy one should not be pregnant because it is dangerous to the fetus . One can safely become pregnant after six months from the last chemo given but even now you may have only one breast to feed upon and the baby has to be given bottle feed and we do not know about the long term effects of the chemo administered and you should ask your oncologist about the same . But overall summarising all these details I think one can safely be pregnant and deliver a child without any problems. All the best.
