If you are below 20 years then start doing the following exercises everyday and you will definetly grow tall within six months:
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side stretch the legs to become tall)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back stretch the back to become tall)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases stretch the whole spine to become tall)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases stretch the hands , legs and spine to become tall)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection )
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach and stretch the hands and the spine)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises
Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic

How tall you become is dependent on your genetics or your family tree. Just make sure you eat right and continue to be physically healthy in order for your growth not to be stunted.
Although it's good always to exercise your body, no exercise will allow you to grow taller.
Some controversial medicine sometimes given by doctors supposedly helps the body grow but I am not sure if it works.
There might be one way to grow taller despite your genetics,... of course, this really isn't realistic as far as I know. However, stick a tumor next to your pituitary gland for pressure against that gland. This often is the main cause for Gigantism. The tallest man in the world lives in Romania or the Ukraine... I can't remember. Anyway I saw this on PBS. This guy was I believe 8'7". However, the actual world recordholder lives in China. This guy that is 8 foot 7 inches doesn't hold the world record simply because he did not want the attention. Although, he definitely still is living according to PBS. For much of his life a tumor was growing next to his pituitary gland which made him grow.

Dear,
if you are under 20/21 years , there are some exercises that will facilitate at least 2- 4 inches of growth if did with proper diet.
One is the bar exercise, the other one is Basket ball .My son was able to raise his height by 3" with these exercises.

There's no way to make yourself grow a whole lot if you're past puberty.
If you are younger and have not yet finished puberty, I suggest a really healthy and well balanced diet with lots of protein and calcium along with a moderate amount of excersise so your body has a chance to reach its full growth potential - that's really all you can do.
Eat the best and healthiest you can and become/stay active.

If you are under 14-16: eat healthy foods, and get plenty of sleep each night (8-9 hours), as we grow when we sleep. If you are over 16-17 years old, you are down growing and there is absolutely nothing you can do.

the 4th fellow is right. are ur parents tall.do skipping,swimming,cycling regularly.i give assurence.do all these defently u'll grow.all the best!!!!!!!!!!
