I have been a nutritionist for many years, i have way to many tips to count, e-mail me at hindd07@yahoo.co.uk for some tips, but if you decide not to, i have one big tip, NEVER listen to anyone who tells you to starve yourself, you can eat until your sick, and you wouldn't put on a single ounce...
Good luck with your new healthy diet...

To lose weight in a fast way depends on how your body works. I have friends who had trouble losing weight even though they control what they eat, and those who wont gain any weight how matter what they eat. What I would suggest is that you do not eat any food from evening onwards as you dont burn much carbos at night. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Avoid food that is oily, high in sugar and salt, especially junk food.and fast food.

Moderation is the key to healthy eating. It is ok to eat some meat as long as you eat them with vegetables. To lose weight more efficiently, it's ideal to excercise regularly at least twice a week.

Just my suggestions: If you live in an apartment, you can try taking the stairs up instead of the elevator. Walk instead of taking transport if the place you are going to is actually a 5 minutes ride.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a bypassing rope, skip for two min's, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will advance results than a long function or swim.

Distracted dining is certain to get you in trouble. Avoid eating before a television or in a cinema, as you're bound to eat more calories.

Music enables you to eat more. According to a report by the journal Psychology as well as Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage that you take time over your mealtime, so you consume more food. So, switch off – silence can make you more aware of what you’re adding your mouth.
