get a buddy to help you and keep saying "you're going to be okay, don't worry, we're going to get you somewhere safer," etc, so people don't get any funny ideas.
try coming from behind, giving her a lose hug around the upper chest, and pick her up and move backwards. that way you don't touch any naughty bits, and if she is wearing a short skirt, if won't fly up and show the world her panties or lack thereof.

Depends on which pose she has slumped. If she is flat out, pick her up by the back of the neck and by the knees. Make sure the clothes cover her under garments. Take her to the taxi.
If she sits down on the floor, wrap your arms around her stomach and make her stand up - put her on your shoulder and walk out the door.
If she is just staggering, take her arms, put it around your shoulder, walk her out to the taxi. It is best if you go with her in the same taxi or drive behind the taxi till she is safely inside the home. You pay the taxi of course. Don't make a big deal to her folks when you do this.
Simple rules. You are avoiding touching her breasts as much as possible and protecting her privacy by not letting her undergarments show. That is the most gentlemanly thing to do.

If you're a sweet enough guy to pick her drunk azz up off the floor, you don't have to worry about protocol. Get her address from her purse, pour her into a cab or drive her home and tuck her in. Leave her a note by the bed, and beat feet. You don't want to run the risk of her thinking you did anything but dropped her off in the sack and/or held her hair back while she ralphed! You can get the thank-you's from her later on...
