At home we do this by cutting the ends and rubbing them preferrably with some salt sprinkled. But is there a better and quicker way that professionals use ?

Cut the cucumber in the middle before peeling. That's it!

Add some salt on peices of cucumber and leave for 2-3 minutes and remove the extra water.

The best and the quickest way is cut the ends of the cucumber.Rub it in a circular motion till u find some white colour lather coming out.Then wash it and cut out some more part and throw away.This should be done before peeling out the skin.TRY IT!!!

Rub salt for sometime after cutting a slice from top will remove bitterness.

At first cut the cucumber & remove the seeds,then sprinkle salt on it and leave it for some time.After that sprinkle some chilli powder on it and eat .It becomes tender & tastetier.

cut teh ends of teh cucumber n rub it against the ends in a circular manner till something white comes out..then cut a little part from the ends again..

soak it in salt water for abt 10 mins. throw away the water and squeeze the cucumber. that's it!
