Dear Friend
First of all u should know why people shave their head at Tirupathi ...
To my knowledge, those people who believe in God Balaji will visit Tirupathi and shave their head for achieveing some thing in their life ....
It's a very strong belief in most of those people who believe in Lord Balaji ...
And now , coming to ur point , can u shave ur head ?
u r saying that u r a 25 year old girl and am assuming that u r not married ...
if my assumption is right, u know very well how any girl prepare herself before getting married to look as beutiful as possible for her fiancee...
do u really know how much time does it take for ur complete hair to grow back ?
if at all u want to shave ur head for getting rid off dandroff, it might sound ok to some people but, to think of shaving for not having any reason in mind is not a right approach ...

Ofcourse Yes, U can Shave your head at the Lord tirupathi devastanam. maybe its your parents owe, and it is safe too. But one thing...... R U Brave Enough to get your head shaved? coz regrowth of hair will take time, what will ur friends say, when they'll look u with your head shaved? It totally depends on u! If u r brave enough then GO FOR IT!!!

Nothing stops your from shaving your hair in tirumala. But have u taken some sort of a Vow praying to shri Balaji, otherwise you dont need to. Not everyone who goes up the seven hills needs to tonture their hair. instead of shaving your entire hair u can even cut a small bunch of hair and make an offering. The important point is have you prayed or taken a vow in this regard.

Its all up to you. If you really want to shave then you can but most of the girls never prefer that. And one more thing if people at temple allow you then you can definitely. After all people in India has every rights. They can do whatever they want without violeting the rules and peace.

Tonsuring the head in Tirupathi is most common. It is up to you to decide. when I went, I did not do. All depends on one's belief.

properly only purchase her an outstanding e book,some tickets to an artwork gallery,a uncooked carrot (only kidding lol),get some beads and charms from a craft save and create a necklace or bracelet for her (more desirable own) and properly on the body spray area of issues only get a bathtub of water and weigh down some rose petals (mmmm reason that extremely works,yeah precise! lol x good luck

Yes you can, if you honour Shri Tirupati Balaji.
The hairs will grow in 2-3 months nicely.

shaving whole of your is not necessary
u can cut 5 very very thin bunches from the scalp and give it
it is equivalent to giving the whole hair
i know cause my mom has hair nearly touching the ground
she gives hair as above not complete

Shaving the head and giving your hair to Lord Venkateshwara or Balaji, is your own personal wish.
By doing so you are showing your humility and sacrifice as you are giving Him your hair which makes you look beautiful.
If that makes you happy, please do it.
