50 kgs at 15 years of age is normal - you should post your height though to get a better indication of your BMI.

If you're concerned about your weight (and have asked somebody who's seen you of their opinion), then i suggest cut out fried foods and fizzy drinks, even alcoholic drinks and stick to fruits, vegetables lots of fish/lean meat and water.

Excersise sucks, but it's good to get some - even if it's just taking the dog for a walk around the block or walking to school/the bus stop.

I hope this helped

Age is irrelevant to your question, the 2 major factors is height and weight.
A person 170 cm who weighs 50 kg is underweight.
" " 157 cm " " " " " ideal.
" " 140 cm or less is considered overweight.

Well the 2 best answers are exercise and proper diet.
If exercise is out then that leaves with proper diet, no more than 8.4 Kj per day.

Be a vegetarian as far as possible, avoid fatty foods, drink plenty of water and the best is avoid salt totally ( not adding salt in food) for one month and you will definetly lose your weight without doing any exercise because salt is responsible for absorbtion of food and water and when you avoid salt from food the natural salt available in all the vegetables would be enough for your nourshment and excess absorbtion is avoided resulting in one losing weight on taking salt free food.

50 kilos is absolutely normal when you're 15. Well, if you find it difficult to move "all your kilos" you can try pineapples as an addition to your diet. But only in case you don't have any digestive problems.
