3 years is a long time, but not enough to make you miserable your whole life. Anyone who loves you and still goes out with other women doesn't love you enough. It's going to be very hard but meet other people too. Go out with your girlfriends, visit family, do new stuff (especially things you enjoy doing), learn new things. Go to a gym, adopt a pet, etc. That way you widen your possiblities of 1. Being busy enough to forget that you are longing for him and 2. Meeting other people who might just take an attraction to you. Maybe when he is faced with a threat, he will be forced to make up his mind or let you go. You deserve to have a life and be loved, please. You don't even need to tell him to go. Just get on with your life and when he sees the difference he will be the one asking you what is wrong with the relationship... or right with you!

get rid of him. stay friends if you must but dont date him because he is a cheater in the making.
