I am 14 and I am being punished my my mom who abuses me. I am very bruised and have not been let out of the basement in 4 days. I have not eaten and have only minutes before my mom gets back. I dont want the police called but I want to know what I need to do to get some food. the fridege is locked with a chain as always. I have a can bean but nothing to open with how can i open this can...pleas hurry

If you are serious...you need to get to the police.
I know you are scared...but it sounds like your Mom has some serious mental problems.
Please get to he police or an adult who can help. Try the website www.missingkids.com.
Although you are not missing....if your abuse is as you are saying...they will get you help.It sounds like this is your only form of communication.....
you need to act NOW!!!
There is a book entitles *A child called It.* It happened to the author, whose name is David Pelzer.
If you won't get help now..at least read about this..I'm sure the story is online.

If your not joking, call or send e-mail via interenet to your nearest police department. If you are joking, it's a bad joke, and someday you may really need help and no one will pay any attention too you because of this, think about your actions before they quite literally turn on you someday. Food for thought.

call the police... anything has to be better than being treated like that. It is abuse and nobody should have to put up with treatment like that... you might be able to open the can with a sharp knife or some strong pointy tool and a hammer.. hope it gets better buddy

you need serious help, check yourself in, asap, isn't this a little much? nobody believes you, your parents wouldn't be dumb enough to lock you in your basement and leave you internet and chain everything else.
